Where can I find information about my account?
All information about your account can be found under “My Account” on our website.
Can I find older orders in my account?
Yes, all your previous orders are visible in your account. This makes it easy to keep track of your order history.
Can I change my details in my account?
You can change your shipping address and contact details yourself. Billing details can be changed on request via our Customer Service. You can reach them at info@biemanspolska.pl.
Are my invoices also in my account?
Yes, your invoices are available digitally in your account.
I have lost my password. How do I get a new one?
Click on the “I have forgotten my password” link on the login screen. You will then receive an email to set a new password.
Can I order a quantity different from the specified packaging unit (PU)?
Most of our products can be ordered by one unit. Only marble bases, certain components (like screws and rods), and some personalization materials need to be ordered in full packs.
When is my order free of charge?
Shipping is free for orders over PLN 1000 net; otherwise, shipping costs apply.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the number of parcels. For orders under PLN 1000 net, a fee is charged per parcel. For information on the current fee, please contact our Customer Service at info@biemanspolska.pl
Can I add something to my order after I have placed it?
No, orders cannot be changed or expanded once they have been placed.
How do I know if everything will be shipped in one box?
Our logistics department determines the most efficient packaging based on weight and product type. Where possible, we combine shipments in one box.
I have a complaint about my delivery. What should I do?
Please contact Customer Service at info@biemanspolska.pl. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem. In case of damaged items, please also attach photos.
I would like to request product samples. How do I do that?

Where can I report a return?
Returns can be reported via our Customer Service at info@biemanspolska.pl. Always include your order number, pictures of the claim/products and the reason for the return. Customer Service will contact you regarding the request.
Can I see the weight of my order somewhere?
You can see the total weight of the products in your order in your shopping cart.
What are the opening hours for loading and unloading?
